VILLA TESSARI

Just 15 minutes from Lake Garda, on the slopes of Monte Baldo, on the right bank of the Val d'Adige, there is a small village, which bears the name of Tessari, above which rises a solid rock wall, very worked, on which various sport climbing routes wind: this rock gym is also known as "La Grattuggia". Chamois are at home here, clearly visible even up close, and they climb these walls better than climbers. On a hill a short distance away, the Rivoli Fort still seems to watch over the Adige Valley.

Between the river and the canals, immersed in the vineyards, dotted here and there with colored roses. Villa Tessari is a modern and very welcoming home, with a green garden, where there is also a nice barbeque and a swing for children: this space is completely fenced, also making it suitable for welcoming four-legged friends.

Access to the villa and parking is via a sliding gate, which can be opened manually; you can also park in an outdoor parking space, on blue lines, for residents and one can also enter the garden of the villa from a side gate. From the garden there' s access to the main door by climbing 6 steps; entrance into a large living room with laminate wooden floor, two three-seater sofas, two single sofa beds, smart TV and terrace overlooking the garden with awning; the living room is communicating with a spacious kitchen equipped with a 4-burner induction cooker, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, table with chairs and exit to the covered terrace with a small table, overlooking Val d'Adige and the courtyard behind.

From the living room, access to the sleeping area by climbing 3 steps; on the left bathroom with shower and heated towel rail; double bedroom with terrace overlooking the garden, equipped with awning. Second bathroom with shower and washing machine; on the right double bedroom with window onto internal courtyard; bedroom with two beds with window onto internal courtyard.
