A few metres away, you can directly access, through a small gate, the cycle path and many walks, many of which are panoramic and lead to the lake. The accommodation is on the ground floor with an independent entrance; small private garden with table, parasol and chairs. To access the apartment, you cross a small wooden bridge. Open-plan entrance and kitchen (Verona red marble hob. 4 burners, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher), living area with table and chairs, TV and direct access to the garden; bedroom with French bed 140 cm, bathroom with shower and washing machine; you have to climb 13 steps to the mezzanine above the living room (wooden floor), where the second double bedroom is located with dormer/velux and small windows; bathroom with windowed shower.
