Immersed in a green olive grove and surrounded by various species of flowers and fruit trees, slightly on a hill and in a panoramic position, with a splendid view of the Garda Gulf, Villa Rocca lends itself in every season to a tranquil and romantic stay.
The garden is equipped with a parasol, table and chairs and has a barbecue. Internally (approx. 120 sqm) the house consists of an entrance from which one accesses the large dining-living room with doors opening onto the surrounding greenery. The masonry kitchen, in a typical Mediterranean style, is equipped with a 5-burner hob, oven, sink, dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment; from the kitchen one can directly access the garden, where it is possible to relax or have breakfast in the shade of a centuries-old olive tree. From the entrance, 9 steps are climbed and one accesses the sleeping area where there is a bedroom with garden and olive tree view, a bedroom with lake view and the two bathrooms, one with shower/wc and one with bath/shower. Upon request, a folding bed for a child can be added in the ground floor room. A short distance from Garda, where shops, restaurants and pizzerias are located, it is also an ideal point for splendid walks or long excursions, both on foot and by bicycle.
