Nestled among jasmine hedges and olive trees, in the residential area of Garda, a few hundred metres from the centre and a stone's throw from Villa Garda clinic, the spacious apartment I Cocai is located in a four-family building, on the first floor, with a view of the Rocca di Garda and partial lake view. From the condominium gate, one accesses the condominium garden, which has a parking space in a closed garage and a beautiful gazebo with a stone table and bench, covered by a fragrant jasmine.

From here, 18 steps of the private access staircase are climbed and one reaches the entrance: one enters a welcoming corridor, where the living area is on the left and the sleeping area is on the right, passing under an arch. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a 4-burner hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, extendable rectangular table; the living room can be separated with sliding doors and consists of a double sofa bed and bookshelf with TV-sat. Both from the kitchen and the living room, one steps out onto the beautiful 6 x 1 metre terrace, equipped with chairs, loungers and an electric sun shade, from which one enjoys a beautiful view of the gardens, the Rocca di Garda and even a bit of the lake! At the end of the terrace, there is also a small storage-laundry room with a washing machine. Accessing the sleeping area, on the right is a room with two beds, on the left a double bedroom with TV, between the two rooms a spacious bathroom with shower completely renovated. Garda is one of the most evocative places on Lake Garda, located at the foot of the Rocca di Garda, the hill that overlooks the village.
Garda boasts one of the most beautiful and well-equipped lakeside promenades on the lake.
In the era of large shopping centres, the weekly market with classic outdoor stalls is still very popular and much loved.
The market that every Friday brings the Garda lakeside to life attracts many foreign tourists who, in addition to clothing, buy local fruit and vegetables, lake fish and local cheeses.
Benches for resting, bars for aperitifs, ice cream parlours, restaurants, small squares with souvenir shops and shopping opportunities make Garda a very pleasant place to stay.
There are also venues where you can have fun, drink a cold beer or good Garda wine.

Reaching the centre of Garda and the lakefront is very simple, on foot it is a 13-minute walk, while by car it takes 6 minutes.
