Nestled among jasmine hedges and olive trees, in the residential area of Garda, a few hundred metres from the centre and a stone's throw from Villa Garda clinic, the spacious apartment I Cocai is located in a four-family building, on the first floor, with a view of the Rocca di Garda and partial lake view. From the condominium gate, one accesses the condominium garden, which has a parking space in a closed garage and a beautiful gazebo with a stone table and bench, covered by a fragrant jasmine.
From here, 18 steps of the private access staircase are climbed and one reaches the entrance: one enters a welcoming corridor, where the living area is on the left and the sleeping area is on the right, passing under an arch. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a 4-burner hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, extendable rectangular table; the living room can be separated with sliding doors and consists of a double sofa bed and bookshelf with TV-sat. Both from the kitchen and the living room, one steps out onto the beautiful 6 x 1 metre terrace, equipped with chairs, loungers and an electric sun shade, from which one enjoys a beautiful view of the gardens, the Rocca di Garda and even a bit of the lake! At the end of the terrace, there is also a small storage-laundry room with a washing machine. Accessing the sleeping area, on the right is a room with two beds, on the left a double bedroom with TV, between the two rooms a spacious bathroom with shower completely renovated. Marble/tile floors, double-glazed windows, air conditioning with two splits (one in the living area and one in the sleeping area), safe.
