A newly built, modern and elegant residential area, "La Bella" is the ideal place to treat yourself to a few days of relaxation on Lake Garda.

In the quiet residential area of Giare in Garda, where numerous typical establishments are within walking distance, there is a group of new and modern houses, including this two-family villa, where on the first floor is the apartment La Bella. A few hundred metres away, you can walk to Gardacqua, the wellness centre with a spa, indoor and outdoor pools and a large garden. The property has two private parking spaces, an entrance gate, courtyard and storage for bicycles and scooters. From the ground floor, you climb 20 steps and reach the entrance landing. The dwelling is furnished in a modern and very functional way. The bright living area consists of a living room with TV-sat, comfortable sofa, fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer-microwave-oven-dishwasher, induction hob), with round table and chairs. During the summer period, the town of Garda offers a free shuttle service that connects various areas, allowing you to reach the town centre and beaches in a short time without using your own car.

The wine cellars are the symbol of the daily history of many families of Garda. Carved at the foot of the rock, for several centuries they have been the pantry, the larder for entire generations. The constant temperature guaranteed by the rock has allowed food to be preserved in these recesses.

Casa Canevini was built above these natural cellars, located a few hundred metres from the centre of Garda village. From the road below, 13 steps lead to the entrance, situated on a small terrace with a view of the hills.
